  • Step 1:

Adjust the height of your chair so that your arms are at the 90-degree angle when your fingers are typing on a keyboard.

Place your both feet flat on the floor so that your knees aligned with your hips and if you need to use foot-stool just go for it.

Place your keyboard slightly below the height of elbows that way your wrist remains straight during typing. Please don’t bend your wrist on the keyboard it’s very dangerous.

Protect your neck; the top of the screen should be slightly below your neck level which will help in reducing neck strain.

3. Practice Practice and Practice

The only ingredient of becoming a fast typist by learning touch typing is practice. Practice touch typing test every day for only 15 min and when you are practicing don’t try to type first but learn with mindfulness.
